Many companies now have teams of writers helping them create material. This could be proposals, tweets, blogs, customer service letters, web text or just a letter saying welcome to a new service. And very often those teams of writers haven’t had much formal help with how to write. No one has ever shown them how to create a brief and nail a proposition down. Or to tweak the tone so it’s a bit less stiff. These are some of the issues this two-day course addresses.
